1. Purpose of Guidelines
Namma MLA was established to build respectful, safe, and productive local networks. These Community Guidelines are designed to protect users and set standard boundaries for public updates and civic grievance postings.
2. Prohibited Content
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against behaviors or media uploads representing the following categories:
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Attack or insult directed toward groups based on religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, disability, or language (Tamil, English, etc.).
Violence & Harassment
Threatening statements, personal abuse, or online bullying directed at ward neighbors, political coordinators, or public servants.
Fake News & Election Misinformation
Falsified civic complaints, deceptive photo manipulation, or unverified election updates aimed at misleading the public.
Religious & Political Inflammatory Materials
Content inciting communal unrest or violating local Model Codes of Conduct during official municipal or general election periods.
Obscene or Graphic Media
Pornographic photos, graphic illustrations of injuries, or inappropriate profiles.
3. Civic Decorum & Spam
Keep discussions constructive. Refrain from spamming grievance categories with duplicate files, advertisement campaigns, or unrelated links. The complaint system is reserved strictly for tracking physical and municipal resolutions.
4. Moderation Rights
Namma MLA moderators reserve the right to review, edit, filter, or delete any content or media violating these guidelines. Repeat violators will face temporary profile lockouts or permanent device bans.
5. Reporting Violations
If you discover post updates or profiles violating these rules, flag them immediately using the in-app reporting button or send an email explaining the violation to support@digitaltriumph.co.in.
